Ask the average person about Job and they’d probably say, “He’s the guy in the Bible who had a lot of bad stuff happen to him.” Or they might be able to tell you, “Job is a book about suffering.” But more than simply being a book about suffering, Job is about our perspective amidst suffering. Though we may not always know the reason for our pain, we can still find perspective in it… purpose… even peace.
