Where purpose meets opportunity.
When you join the team at Owensboro Christian, you'll have the opportunity to be a part of what God is up to in Owensboro in a unique way. You'll be part of a community that works closely together to inspire and equip people to take steps toward Jesus in new ways.
More than a job
You’ll be challenged, stretched and celebrated. We’ll invest in your leadership development through coaching, resources, and real responsibility that makes you better.
Our team celebrates wins, laughs hard, and pushes each other to grow.
We value innovation over perfection and we’d rather you go for it than play it safe.
We care more about who you’re becoming than what you’re producing. We build in rhythms for rest, renewal and spiritual growth because you can’t pour from an empty cup.
